Coaching

A coach can be monumental in assisting you with building momentum in all areas of your life. As a coach, I partner with you to identify and overcome obstacles in both your personal and professional arenas.

Counseling

Counseling is a process and it is normal to have several questions as we start the journey. You are encouraged to ask questions that are important to you during your initial session to help you determine if working with me as your counselor is a good fit.

It is my desire to provide a safe, confidential, and comfortable space for my clients to invite me into their world as they share their story.  As your therapist, my goal is to journey alongside you as you explore what has you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and frustrated.  I will compassionately listen without judgement as we work together to develop a plan that allows you to build the momentum needed to accomplish your goals, pursue mental and emotional healing, and find your authentic self. 

Why Counseling?

A therapist can be helpful if you are feeling overwhelming stress, anxiety, stagnation, or lack of motivation.  As a therapist, I can also assist you with moving through grief, difficult life transitions, relationship conflict, and job related stress. My therapeutic process focuses on interrupting and replacing negative thought patterns and processes as we journey to a place of emotional and mental wellbeing.
